Minimum Night Stays

A three night minimum stay is required on Holidays and on all weekends between Memorial Day Weekend and the end of September.

Payments and Deposits

We ask for a 50% deposit to guarantee your reservation, with the balance due upon your arrival. For one night reservations, we require prepayment in full.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small, family-run business, and cancellations greatly affect us. If you need to cancel your reservation, deposits are refundable (less a $50 per room service charge) on reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to your arrival require that the room be re-rented for all nights reserved in order to provide a refund less a $50 per room charge. If we are able to re-rent the room at a reduced rate the refund will reflect that reduction.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in is between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. If you require a check-in after 6:00, please give us a call so we may prepare our late-night check in for you.
Check-out is at 11:00 am.

Parking

We have on-site parking for our guests.

No Smoking

For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we are a no-smoking and no-vaping Inn.

Children

We are able to accommodate children who are 14 years of age and older.

Pets

We are not able to accommodate pets.
