Quaint, 8-room Massachusetts Bed and Breakfast offering Cape Cod lodging in the historic sea captains town of Brewster. Four beautiful Old World rooms are located in the 1846 Farmhouse. The Orchard house was built in 1998 and contains four light filled rooms with fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. All rooms are air-conditioned, have cable TV with HBO, high speed WI-FI internet and free long distance telephone service. An outdoor swimming pool is open during the summer season and an outdoor Jacuzzi is open year round. The gardens provide a wonderful backdrop for the songbirds relaxation in a country setting. Reservation Details

A one night's deposit will hold your reservation with the balance due during your stay. A three night minimum applies during the high season and a two day minimum on weekends outside the high seasons. We do have situations where we can relax these minimum stays and will consider your request. We also make changing rooms very easy if your desired stay does not fit in one room.

Brewster By The Sea is a small inn and consequently cancellations affect us significantly. We require 15 days notice for cancellation of, or changes to your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 credit card Processing fee. We will try to rerent your room for cancellations made 14 days or less from the start of your stay and if successful, you will not be held responsible for the balance of your room charges.

Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay unless we are able to book all nights.

We are a non-smoking B&B. For the safety of our guests, smoking is reserved for outdoor areas away from the main buildings only.

Check-in is 3:00 to 9:00 PM Please notify us and we will make arrangements for arrivals after 9 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
